Seafood – tuna, sea bream, lobsters- have the place of honour, worked with a well knowledgeable chef. Her dishes, full of flavor, are both traditional and revisited. For the starter, enjoy the traditional crab or the little Creole plate (blood sausage and cod fish cake)
The lobster from the breeding pond is fresh and tasty and served with the “sauce chien”. The mi-cuit tuna or “ouassous” coconut cream are also a good choice.
For dessert, allow yourself to be tempted by the coconut custard kind crème brûlée.
